Roadway Solutions offers a range of products to combat rutting and fatigue, to provide better workability of hot asphalt mixes through high elasticity. For example you will be able to produce very thin asphalt mixes capable of withstanding high stresses. You will see a definite improvement in the mechanical performance of the road, and a significant increase in its longevity!
Particularly adapted to heavy traffic and high mechanical stress, the different pellets of Roadway Solutions will be able to answer to many problems :
- RW Elast® for roads subject to extensive climatic constraints. It is a concentrated polymer-modified bitumen, it brings elasticity and fatigue resistance to pavements.
- RW Plast, it is indicated to resist rutting and gives the road paving a good rigidity.
- RW Kerosafe+ recommended for hydrocarbon and solvent spills.
- RW Color is appreciated for embellishing and securing urban spaces to ensure real added value in living comfort.

AND RECYCLING
Our team of technicians in order to develop our range is seeking to improve the eco-performance of our products. It comes in:
- supplying partly from recycling
- using a less energy-intensive logistics chain, without transport nor hot storage
We use our products in an eco-responsible way to:
- increase significantly the lifetime of roads
- reduce the thickness of surface layers
- to save thus precious natural resources (bitumen, aggregates, energy)
Asphalt mixes enhanced with our pellets are recyclable and, at the end of their life, they can be planed and reused to make new mixes.
We do not add sulfur to our formulas, this improves health and safety conditions for the laying teams, but also those in the neighbourhood of the asphalt plant thanks to a reduction in odors.

OF YOUR PROJECTS
Our laboratory advises you and recommends the formula that suits to your traffic problems.
We carry out in our laboratory, in compliance with the road regulations in force in the country, characterization tests on binders such as penetrability, springback, FRAAS. We also test on asphalt mixes such as water sensitivity, PCG, Marshall test or even tests on modulus of rigidity or fatigue.
Our laboratory also ensures the conformity of all our raw materials going into the composition of our pellets. The finished products comply with the technical specifications.
